No team. No big budget. Just real results.

Most creators & entrepreneurs tell me the same thing:

“I thought that once I finally made it — hit a certain follower count, started earning 6-figures, landed the dream partnership — I’d feel different.

More confident. More successful. More settled. But nothing really changed."

Here’s the thing—you chose this path for a reason.

You knew a traditional 9–5 wasn’t for you. You wanted autonomy, creativity, and the freedom to build something that actually felt like yours.

And still, it’s hard not to compare yourself to people with steady hours, paid time off, and the ability to truly clock out at the end of the day. What people don’t always see is what this actually feels like:

  • You question your worth the moment things slow down or don’t land the way you hoped.

  • You hesitate to take risks because messing up feels public, permanent, and hard to recover from.

  • You second-guess decisions you’re fully capable of making—and look outside yourself for reassurance.

  • You feel like you have to be “on” all the time, even when you’re tired or unsure.

  • You worry that people will eventually realize you’re not as qualified, prepared, or confident as you appear.

You didn’t choose this path because it was easy.

You chose it because it mattered.

You’ve thought about therapy before

—but something always felt kinda... off.

“If I need therapy, it must mean something is seriously wrong with me.” (spoiler alert: It doesn’t.)

“Why would I want to talk to somone who has no idea what I'm dealing with?"

“I don’t want to unpack my childhood when I’m just need help getting through Monday"

“I tried therapy once—it felt awkward, surface-level, or kinda useless.”

The problem isn’t therapy—it’s that you haven’t found the right therapist to work with yet. The right space. The right vibe.

Therapy should feel like a natural and honest conversation. A place where your weirdness is welcome, your identity is affirmed, and your voice matters.

meet your new therapist

Hey, I'm Stephanie!

I'm a licensed therapist who works with overthinkers, high-achievers, and people-pleasers ready to drop the mask and just be themselves.

No toxic positivity.

No patronizing advice.

Just grounded, collaborative care for real people navigating real life.

For over a decade I’ve worked with creators, entrepreneurs, and everyday people who want to becoming the best versions of themselves. I know what burnout, identity crisis, and “wtf am I doing with my life” feels like—because I’ve been there too.

You don’t need to be polished or have the right words. You just get to show up as you are. We’ll slow things down enough to understand what’s shaping your patterns, learn how to work with stress when it shows up, and support you in showing up as your best, most grounded self—without forcing, performing, or losing yourself along the way.

Therapy for creators works differently

This isn’t coaching, content strategy, or surface-level mindset work.
My approach is grounded in clinical theory, research, and evidence-based interventions, with three core focuses in mind.

Nervous System Regulation

Build awareness of your patterns, triggers, stress responses, and core beliefs, and learn to regulate your nervous system so you can respond more intentionally, even under stress.

Identity Anchoring

Untangle your self-worth from performance and productivity, and rebuild an identity aligned with your values, voice, and core sense of self —so external pressure has less power over you.

Integration & Sustainability

Support as you integrate what you learn into daily life—so changes in how you show up, set boundaries, and make decisions hold over time, even when things get stressful.

Who I work with

Therapy for people whose work and identity live online — and who feel the emotional weight that comes with that.

You’re an aspiring creator who has something meaningful to say…

…but every time you go to post, you get trapped in a cycle of overwhelm and overthinking.

You worry about what others will think if you put yourself out there

You want to create and share, but when it comes time to post, you freeze. The thought of being judged, misunderstood, or “cringe” stops you before you even start.

You feel like an imposter

You feel like you’re not qualified enough yet. You tell yourself you need more experience, confidence, or clarity before you’re allowed to show up.

You get stuck in perfectionism

You overthink, over-edit, and wait for things to feel “ready,” which usually means nothing ever goes live.

Have anxiety around consistency

You start strong, then disappear. You want to be consistent, but motivation drops and guilt creeps in when you can’t keep up.

You tie your self-worth to vanity metrics

Even before you post, you’re already bracing for how people might respond — or not respond at all — and it shapes how much you let yourself show.

You’ve Proven Yourself as a successful creator with a real audience…

…but no matter how successful or perfect things look on your feed, you don't feel the same way on the inside

Your being forgotten or losing relevance

You’ve built momentum, but part of you worries it could disappear if you slow down, pivot, or take a step back.

You feel misaligned with the identity you built online

You’ve outgrown the version of yourself that your audience expects, but even if it no longer fits changing it feels risky

You're burnt out from "being on" all the time

You feel pressure to always be “on,” creating, sharing, responding — with little room for boundaries or time to rest without guilt.

You notice "harmless" comments areaffecting how you think about yourself

You carefully filter what you say, not because it’s untrue, but because you’re managing reactions, comments, and potential criticism.

You tie your self-worth to vanity metrics

Even with all your success, metrics and algorithms are still still influencing how confident or secure you feel

If you’re thinking about therapy, you might be ready to stop…

  • Worrying about what everyone else might think

  • Second-guessing yourself or feeling like an imposter

  • Trying to live up to expectations that don’t actually fit you

  • Chasing outcomes that don’t really matter to you

  • Spending time, money, or energy on things that drain you

  • Keeping yourself small because you’re focused on what could go wrong

  • Measuring success by someone else’s standards

And maybe you’re ready to start…

  • Make decisions that align with your goals and values

  • Trust your abilities and show up with confidence

  • Express yourself honestly and authentically

  • Taking action with intention instead of pressure

  • Spend time on the things that matter to you most

  • Show up fully, unapologetically and make steady progress towards what you want

  • Redefine success on your own terms

If you’re anything like my other clients

you might be ready to Stop...

  • Worrying about what everyone else will think

  • Second-guessing yourself or feeling like an imposter

  • Trying to live up to expectations that don’t actually fit you

  • Chasing outcomes that don’t really matter to you

  • Wasting time, money, or energy on things that drain you

  • Keeping yourself small because you’re focused on what could go wrong

  • Measuring success by someone else’s standards

And maybe you’re ready to Start...

  • Making decisions that align with your purpose, goals and values

  • Trusting your abilities and show up with confidence

  • Expressing yourself in a way that feels authentic (without apologizing for it)

  • Taking action with intention instead of pressure

  • Creating more space for the things that truly matter to you most

  • Showing up fully, unapologetically and make steady progress towards what you want

  • Redefine success on your own terms

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with "creators"?

Not exactly. When I use the word creator, I’m not just referring to content creators. I work with entrepreneurs, business owners, and people building something on the side—anyone whose work involves visibility, self-expression, or putting something personal out into the world. If that brings up anxiety, pressure, or self-doubt, you’re in the right place.

My practice is inclusive, affirming, and welcoming. I work primarily with Millennials and Gen Z at different stages of life and work—some brand new to therapy, others who’ve been in it before but are looking for something that feels more relevant to where they are now.

If you’re unsure whether it’s a fit, you’re welcome to book a free consultation and we can do a quick vibe check before moving forward.

What does therapy look like?

Sessions are collaborative and conversational. I meet you where you’re at, and we move at a pace that feels supportive—not overwhelming—while focusing on nervous system safety, identity, and sustainable ways of showing up.

What Type of Sessions Do You Offer?

I offer individual therapy sessions for adults (18+). All sessions are virtual and take place through a secure video platform, so you can join from wherever feels most comfortable—home, your office, or even your car before the day starts.

I currently offer:

-A free 15-minute consultation call (just to make sure we vibe)

-Standard 50-minute sessions

-Optional 75-minute sessions if you’d like more space to go deeper

I also offer flexible scheduling, including some evening and weekend availability, to make therapy easier to fit into real life.

Where are you licensed to practice?

I’m licensed in Ontario and work with clients across Canada.

How often do we meet?

I meet with clients weekly, biweekly and some even monthly. We’ll decide together what feels right for you.

Do you accept insurance?

Coverage will depend on your insurance provider.

You’ll receive detailed receipts after each session that you can submit for reimbursement. Coverage varies by provider, so I recommend checking your plan for coverage under:

Psychotherapy

Registered Psychotherapist

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

If you’re unsure, it’s a good idea to confirm with your insurance provider before booking. Please note, I do not offer direct billing at this time.

What are your fees?

For the most accurate information on fees, please click "schedule a session" to visit my booking page.

What if I’m not sure therapy is “for me”?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to be certain to start—just open to support. I recommend booking a free 15 minute consultation before you commit to s a full session so you have a chance to ask questions and see if it feels like a fit.
